Steve Cypher, CPA
Managing Partner
Steve Cypher joined the firm in 1982 and became a Partner with Cypher & Cypher, in 1988. Mr. Cypher holds a CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
Steve enjoys traveling and cooking for a crowd.
Charles Rupert, CPA
Partner
Charles Rupert joined the firm in 1998 and became a Partner with Cypher & Cypher, in 2002. Mr. Rupert holds a CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from LaRoche College.
Charlie is active with his church choir and has been known to entertain clients by playing one of his six guitars.
